Why Mediation?
Mediation facilitates more efficient and economical resolutions than either litigation or arbitration and is a cost-effective approach to solving the problems, costs and risks presented by litigation. Prompt mediation enables parties and their attorneys to evaluate a case at an early stage, thereby encouraging preemptive resolution before time, energy and money are expended. Furthermore, this proactive approach encourages the preservation of a healthy work environment, to the benefit of both parties. read more
